Service Refunds
- All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on any completed services.
- If you are dissatisfied with your treatment results, we encourage you to speak with our team so we can address your concerns and explore possible solutions.
Prepaid Packages & Deposits
- Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual or used toward a different service of equal or lesser value.
- Deposits for appointments are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of any deposits or prepaid sessions.
- We allow one complimentary reschedule per client if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
Product Refunds
- All skincare and wellness products purchased from Hands of Gold Med Spa are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- If a product is found to be defective, we may offer an exchange for the same item within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
